Finding the right candidate for growing the team
Growing the team is always good news but finding the right candidate who is ready for the challenge that IT brings can be difficult.
We have experienced a lot of business growth in the first half of 2014 and are now on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer who will ensure our excellent reputation for customer service is maintained as we continue to grow.
The person we are looking for will be responsible for maintaining the design, implementation and integrity of client technology systems – it sounds extremely technical but we are looking for someone who will provide our customers with all of the support they need, and more.
I like to think that everyone in the team gives above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we are proactive as well as supportive and become an arm of the business we are working with.
The new role relates to all technology from workstations and servers, networks, telephone systems and vendor specific hardware and software. We are looking for someone that can work within a team and communicate effectively, who is business aware and has the right knowledge to be an asset not only to us but to the customers we are providing services for.
